Advanced Metal Machining (AMM)
For 20+ years AMM has constantly exceeded the most demanding customers’ specifications for machining and processing complex components and assemblies. Our facility is equipped with the most current and accurate machines for multi-axis milling, turning, temperature treatment, climate control, and air handling.
Understanding today’s industry demands for “just in time” delivery, we are constantly able to meet or exceed expected delivery dates. Our professional staff carefully monitors the manufacturing process from the very first prototype through the entire manufacturing and assembly process.

PCR Technologies
PCR Technologies is a custom manufacturer of PCB heat sinks complete with plating, silk screen marking and hardware assembly, Adhesive Preforms, RF/Microwave Component Housings, Metal Core Filling and Plastic Machining serving primarily aerospace and defense.
PCR specializes in the fabrication of circuit card assemblies: printed circuit boards laminated to heatsinks (heatsink to PC Board bonding) utilizing a variety of material combinations. We also supply customized adhesive performs cut to the proper form factor for heatsink to PC Board bonding, heatsink fabrication complete with plating, silk screen marking and hardware assembly.
Our unique fabrication processes allow us to meet tight tolerances while minimizing the use of hard tooling for the majority of fabrication operations. Modifications to the initial design thus can be quickly incorporated without a significant non-recurring cost impact.

AMCO Precision Tools
Since 1966, AMCO Precision Tools, LLC has provided custom tooling and grinding and grown into a premier machining source. Specializing in intricate aerospace and commercial parts, we combine quality materials with the latest technology to provide a wide range of services. We are skilled in prototype, R&D and casting work. We design and build, in-house, all work-holding fixtures for casting and specialty parts. AMCO can provide a variety of support services to meet customer specifications, from purchasing raw materials to plating, heat treating and special coatings, assembly and testing.

A-1 Machining
Since 1979, A-1 has served the machining needs of the turbine engine OEMs. The business operates 24 hours a day with the singular purpose of satisfying our customers. A-1’s customer relationships are long and solid, some extending back to our beginning.
A-1 has processed and machined thousands of parts and components for the turbine industry over the decades for a wide range of customers. It is our consistency of focus, responsiveness and performance which has created our excellent legacy.
The business was acquired by Crescent Aerospace Technology in August of 2007 as the founding unit in the company’s aerospace business division. A-1 has continued to expand its facility and business growth through capital investments and strategic guidance.

Our Team
Crescent Aerospace was founded in 2007 following increased needs by large OEM Aerospace and Defense contractors who required quality parts with critical delivery. Our management team is comprised of experienced individuals of various backgrounds including aerospace engineering.
